How the programme works
Your CFEB Relationship Manager will guide you through the process, advising on the best way to make the programme work for you.
Organisations we have worked with, or are working with, have:
- incorporated 'Making the most of your money' in their rolling induction programmes;
- run it in tandem with pre-retirement sessions;
- offered it as a stand-alone employee benefit or alongside a communication programme linked to changes to a benefits package, and
- offered it as part of their communications package to staff about to become redundant.
We will help you to choose the ideal mix of products and market the programme to your employees to ensure a successful delivery.
The presentation
The hour-long presentation, delivered by specially-trained presenters in your workplace, covers:
- basic financial planning and budgeting;
- borrowing – long-term and short-term;
- insurance;
- saving and investing; and
- planning for retirement.
And you can include bespoke information about your own benefits package. We can deliver as many presentations as you need to reach your workforce: all we ask is a minimum of 20 employees per session.
The guide
Each employee receives a free, comprehensive guide which builds on the content of the presentation and signposts to further sources of information.
